How about this… the curtains at Chiswick Town Hall could be closed, we light the place with pink flood lights, use the very utilitarian chairs that are already at the location, put guests jackets on the back of the chairs, fancy hand bags on the tables and on the floor, give everyone orange/pink champagne cocktails in champagne flutes, put pink/red/orange flower arrangements in centres of tables, have a row of closed stainless catering buffet containers on a long table as if finished eating and now dancing started, have a black wedding DJ on the stage playing the joyful music the old couple are dancing to, with lots of disco lights, speakers on tall stands, etc.
