We would like the Copy Room to feel modern but within the old monastery. White painted walls with a little ageing to bring back the texture. Lots going on; piles of paper printed with the Monastery logo on central table with hole punch and papers being sorted and put into envelopes, hand written labels on all the shelving, franking machine on the right, religious paintings on the walls, noticeboard with notes on how to use the machines, modern hanging fluorescent lights, labels stuck on the cabinet drawers listing contents (envelopes, folders, etc), recycling bins, binding machines, cutting mats, massive document stapler, sellotape dispenser, staple remover, marker pens, pots of well used pens, paperclips, rubber bands, etc. With a white / blue / orange colour theme.
